Guiding Businesses Toward Sustainable Excellence

Independent ESG and sustainability consulting, helping organisations transform environmental and social responsibility into strategic advantage and lasting positive impact.

About Me – Svetlana Grishankova

I’m an independent sustainability advisor helping small and medium‑sized businesses turn ESG requirements into clear, practical actions. With more than a decade of experience across sustainability reporting, ESG risk management, sustainable finance, and regulatory advisory, I specialise in making complex frameworks like ISSB, GRI, and VSME understandable and achievable for organisations with limited time and resources.

My background spans sustainability advisory role at PwC Luxembourg, leadership of an international ESG rating agency, and work with EU institutions, banks, and the UNDP. I’ve developed ESG methodologies, built rating databases, delivered 100+ educational sessions, and supported clients across Europe and Central Asia in integrating ESG into strategy and operations.

Today, I focus on what SMEs need most: clarity, structure, and hands‑on support. Whether it’s preparing your first sustainability report, assessing ESG risks, or building a roadmap that fits your business reality, I help you move from uncertainty to confident action.

My mission is simple: make ESG practical, accessible, and genuinely useful for your business.
